For these photos i used people that i thought could best replicate images i had previously seen that related to my chosen genre. I tried to use a range of facial expressions and focused on costume a lot as it is very important as that is want clearly separates this genre of music from may others. These pictures were not of the best quality as i used an iPhone for them so they're are many i can not use due to bad lighting and pictures being out of focus however i think i once i have used are not completely horrible. 

For this I took photos in college , these photos are of a good quality because of the camera i used and the good lighting. the pictures i took was my interpretation of what i thought would most relate to my magazine and my genre. I dressed my models in clothes that I think connotes urban like denim or black and asked showed them some N.V.C that is commonly seen in urban magazines and other forms of media. 

For the first task i was put into a group we then were then showed our understanding of camera techniques by showing them using the camera through doing this it helped me grow deeper understanding as i saw the shots in action this then helped me take photos using this knowledge.

For this task I looked at real media text and drew examples of what my magazine front cover, content page and double page spread may look like for this I drew a few different types of pages using different camera shots and layouts. Once I'd done this I then made a digital draft using photoshop, very basic i then used that digital draft and created a more advanced page draft this was to dive me an idea of what I would like my page to look like so it was a good visual experience.

For this task all I had to do was write up a double page spread article talking about maybe and issue in my chosen industry or any artist I chose to create a fiction character and wrote an interview. I like writing the article as I got to be creative and express so opinions I have able the grime industry .In fact I wrote so much I had to cut down the article so it could actually be read.

I think this task was very interesting and useful because to be able to anaylsis the pictures of costumes, props, poses ect. I had to really sit down and think about things I commonly see in my chosen genre of magazine, I then spoke about where its used how its used and why which I really did like for this task I just wrote straight onto weebly and it was very simple, for some things I wrote more than others for some I even had to reduce my writing as it was too much.

For this task I was simply shown magazine front covers, content pages and magazine double page spreads and was asked to give my opinion on them. It was a very easy and simple task as all I had to do was write what I thought about the real media text and aspects that I enjoyed, disliked or would like to replicate in my own work. I especially liked that it wasn't as time consuming as some of the other tasks I have been asked to do however I feel as though I've benefited from doing it. 

for my mood board i found photos of thing that felt reflected a common theme of my magazine i used photoshop to do this using the magnetic lasso tool to remove the background so it could go on top of my chosen background however i wish i had put more photos on the moodboard so it appeared to be more together and one picture and less like many picture put together to create a collage.
